His bid to run a one-man show resented!

A stalwart from Galle is reportedly playing a very active role in the Green party these days.  

He is said to have assumed the dual role of livewire and trouble-shooter in the party . However, his intervention in all party matters has incurred the wrath and resentment of many front-liners who say that he has the habit of being the Jack in the Box  where he is least expected and the least wanted. Some of them have complained about the Galle stalwart’s conduct even to the leadership.

However, he is said to be the blue-eyed boy of the party chief who refers to him as the only person capable of restoring the party to its former strong position. So, he has given leeway to the Galle stalwart to handle the party matters, they say. 

The Galle stalwart on his part is said to be continuing to meddle in all party affairs taking the full advantage  of the freedom given by the party chief, giving no hearing to others. Meanwhile, opposition to him is said to be fast building up!
