His own colleagues are behind the mud-slinging campaign!

The Diyawanna politico who has now shifted his political base from Badulla to Siyane Korale is an unhappy person these days, they say. 

He is said to be feeling aggrieved that a campaign to sling mud at him has got underway. Although the general opinion is that those responsible for slinging mud at him are connected to the government, he has discovered that it is some people from his own party who are mainly behind the campaign.

He has said that the persons who are out to taint his political image are none other than a few intimates of the party chief and they are envious of his quick rise in the party which they seem to consider a challenge to them, they say.
