A certain person who had rented a three-story building located in an area considered as the heart of a main city had defaulted on the payment of the monthly rent for over 20 years, they say.

This building belongs to a certain local body.

As the tenant had failed to settle, the rent payment had fallen into arrears amounting to several millions, the local body had decided to eject the party, but the political head of the local body had tried to avoid implementing this decision.

The political head of the local body is now trying to transfer the tenancy of the building to his own driver and secretary, they say.
