New location, a no so wonderful choice

There was an establishment located in the outskirts of the city until quite recently conducting medical tests to check the suitability for the issuance of driving licenses. It was an easily accessible location for those required to undergo such testing. 

This establishment has now been suddenly shifted to a spot inside a village which is not easily accessible for those in need of its services, they say. 

Re-locating this important establishment to an uncongenial place further away from the city causing much inconvenience to those needing its services is said to be the work of a high-flying cocky politico from the area. 

The worse aspect of this relocating affair is that the authorities have been required to pay a monthly rental for the building currently housing the establishment four times over what they had to pay for the previous building!
