A group of uniformed ones had, the other day taken into their custody a six-wheel vehicle and several dairy cows, which were being illegally transported along with the culprit, but they had to release them all even before questioning the culprit on an order given by a political authority over the mobile phone.

Even a uniformed high-up sporting two stars is said to be behind this illegal cattle transport racket.
