Two ladies behind disarraying the rollout?

Two ladies holding high positions in the health sector are said to be responsible for messing up the initially well planned Covid 19 vaccination program.

The program had plunged into disarray when the two ladies had issued instructions to give the jab on a priority basis to their respective selectees, they say. 

One lady occupying a high chair in Colombo had wanted priority given to those on a list given by her.  The other lady functioning in the Negombo area had taken the vaccine doses there using the authority of her position and had asked those working under her to give the jab to those on her lists.  Meanwhile,  the main office of the regime had received reports that the priority groups for vaccination were being overlooked and even some individuals who had got agitated too had made complaints to the top authorities concerned. 

Now the two ladies have received orders from above to stop acting in an arbitrary manner and strictly follow the pre-planned procedure, they say.
