Why holding out an olive branch!

The Blue and Pohottuwa candidates in many districts are deeply embroiled in Manapa Pore these days, they say. 

However, two prominent Blue politicos in two separate districts are said to be electioneering without clashing with their Pohottuwa candidates and in fact, they are doing everything possible to remain in the good books of their Pohottuwa rivals. 

One of the duo holding out an olive branch to Pohottuwa rivals while campaigning is a Blue stalwart from Ruhuna holding a secretarial post and the other is a party senior from Uva, they say.  The reason why the duo from Ruhuna and Uva is holding out an olive branch is a top political secret. According to our own sources, the duo has already laid the groundwork to join Pohottuwa soon after the polls!
