Schindler wins contract to elevate Homelands Canterbury Apartments & Residencies

Schindler Elevators and Escalators, represented in Sri Lanka by Trade Promoters Ltdfor over 30 years, announced that they have been awarded a multi-unit contract to provide elevators to the ground-breaking Canterbury Apartments & Residencies project by the Homelands Group. Schindler, founded in 1874 in Switzerland, is one of the world’s leading providers of elevator solutions. The company operates in more than 140+ countries. Today, Schindler is the fastest growing elevator company in Sri Lanka with a host of large projects under their belt.

The prestigious Canterbury project is situated among 30 Acres of country landscape in Piliyandala –Kahathuduwa and will include a 9 hole golf course, among a host of other world class recreational facilities. Victorian style Golf View Apartments, Garden View Apartments, and Residencies (with 02, 03 & 04 bedrooms) along with standalone luxury land plots are available for discerning clients to purchase within the vast complex. Schindler will install a total of 13 elevators within the project.
