Dinara de Silva along with Annaya Norbert and Aahil Kaleel emerged champions in the Under 18 Girls’, Under 12 Girls’ and Under 14 Boys’ singles of the 108th National Championship when they came out victorious in the finals played at the SLTA tennis courts in Greenpath, Colombo.
De Silva overcame fancied Saajida Razick by two sets to nil while Kaleel underwent some anxious moments against Chamindu Abeysinghe before prevailing with a two sets to one victory and Norbert got the better of Hesandi Mallawa with ease by two sets to nil.
