All Island Lanka Plate 6 Reds Snooker: Thaha, Musharaff, Fernando, Rasheed record two wins each

The round robin matches of the second qualifying tournament which is the All Island Lanka Plate Championship to select players for the forthcoming 6 Reds Snooker Nationals in progress now at the Billiard and Snooker Association headquarters billiards table in Colombo saw four cueists reigning national billiards champion Irshath Thaha and M.M. Musharaff both of Moors SC, M.S.N. Fernando of Army BC and M.S.M. Rasheed of MICH recording two wins each.   

The tournament is being contested by 36 players and the 6 Reds Snooker Nationals conducted by the Billiard and Snooker Association of Sri Lanka and sponsored by Malship Group of Companies is scheduled to be held in early August.
