All Island U14 Ten-a-side Rugby 2022 Antonians Runners-Up

St. Anthony’s College Katugastota ended as runners-up in the All Island Under 14 ten-a-side rugby Tournament 2022 which took place in Kurunegala recently.   

Antonians won their group encounters beating Moratuwa Vidyalaya 39-0, Nalanda College 42-0 and Lumbini College 31-0.   

They beat Vidyartha College 5-0 in the quarter-final encounter and later on got the better of Isipathana College 7-0 in the semi-final. In the final encounter they were edged out by Wesley College 7-10.   

The outfit was led by Dilantha Dassanayake with Prasad Chathuranga as the Head Coach assisted by Pavithra De Silva and Arunda Ranasinghe as the Manager of the outfit.
