Ananda smash relay record on day three

 Ananda Under-20 4X100m Boys’ Relay Team

The Ananda College Relay Team set up a new meet record on the third day of the 92nd Ritzbury Sir John Tarbat Senior Athletic Championships 2024, which continued at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo yesterday.   

The Ananda 4X100m Relay Team went on to win the Under-20 Boys’ final with a time of 41.46s.

In addition, there were new meet records for Joseph Vaz College, Wennappuwa in the Under-16 Boys’ (44.18s), Lyceum Wattala (Under-18 Girls’ 49.02s) and Gateway College, Colombo (Under-20 Girls’ 48.49s).
