Army SC continue winning spree

Army SC continued their winning spree, coasting to their fifth successive win of the ongoing Major Club T20 cricket tournament, comfortably beating Kurunegala YCC by seven wickets at the Colts ground.   

Army SC, after bowling out Kurunegala YCC for a score of 88 runs, raced to the target in the 11th over.   
Ragama CC recorded a four-wicket win over BRC, the table leaders of Group B, in another match of the same tournament played at P Sara Stadium.   

Ragama CC chasing 102 runs for victory pulled off a thrilling win with a ball to spare and Sebastianites CC overcame Kandy Customs CC by five wickets in another clash played at NCC ground.   
Meanwhile in the matches that were played in the evening session at the same venues Panadura SC defeating NCC by three wickets, Nugegoda S&WC overcoming Chilaw Marians CC by four wickets and Colts CC getting the better of Negombo CC by four wickets.
