Batch of 2016 win Sastralaya cricket title

The Batch of 2016 emerged champions in the six-a-side cricket tournament organised by the Group of 1997-2000 Past Pupil’s Association of Ananda Sastralaya, Kotte and held at the Ananda Sastralaya Grounds in Kotte.   
The Batch of 2016 defeated the Batch of 2014 in the final encounter of this tournament, which was conducted to raise funds to award scholarships to needy children of the school.   
The winners of the tournament were presented Rs. 30,000 while the runners-up received Rs. 20,000.
