Beach netball tournament on March 25

Mixed beach netball tournaments, conducted by the Sri Lanka Beach Netball Association, will be held on March 25 at Mount Lavinia beach park.

Accordingly, nine teams Colombo Municipal Council, Sports Ground Campbell Team, Sri Lanka Police Sports Club, Lions Sports Club, Kalutara Sports Club, Ratnapura Sports Club, Net Fire Dehiwala Team, Anuradhapura Sports Club and Net Fire Ratmalana Team will compete.

The opening ceremony of this tournament will be held at 8:30 with Sri Lanka Netball Federation President Lakshmi Victoria presiding over.

The closing ceremony and the final match will be held at 5:00 pm that day under the Chairmanship of Lasantha Amarasinghe, the founder and chairman of Chance Sports, which is the main sponsor of the tournament.
