Boxing Selection Trial Meet from Nov. 28 - 30

The Boxing Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) will conduct a Selection Trial Meet targeting the 2022 Commonwealth Games and the World Women’s Boxing Championships from November 28 to 30 at the Royal MAS Arena in Reid Avenue.

The trial meet will be held to pick eight men and four women for the Commonwealth Games and two female boxers to represent the country at the World Women’s Boxing Meet.

All competitors who have participated at the Stubbs Shield, Nationals, Layton Cup, Clifford Cup or any international event are eligible to send their entries.

The entries close on October 15 and all applications should reach the BASL through the respective school Principals or Secretary of the sports club.
