CH and FC claimed a brilliant 29-11 win in their second leg fixture against Air Force at the Air Force Grounds in Ratmalana yesterday.

They scored five tries and two conversions, while Air Force scored a try and two penalties.

CH and FC was on fire from the start as they dominated the possession, unlike in the previous game, in which they allowed Air Force to grow into the game. Returning captain Sudharshana Muthuthanthri did help the cause as he scored the first of Air Force four tries in the game.

They looked like a team that had a great understanding putting together some brilliant passes and hooker Prasath Madushanka crossed the whitewash to score his second try in two weeks, having also touched down in the first leg which they won by 23-21.

CH finished the first half on a high note, with scrum-half Avishka Lee and number eight Omalka Gunaratne also crossing the line to take a lead of 24-11 after Air Force had struck back with a try from full-back Rumesh Ramdas.
Lee had his second try early on in the second half, which made the scores 29-11 for CH and FC.

Towards the end, both teams looked slightly tired and were unable to make most of the chances they had, and CH and FC went on to win the two-leg competition by 52-32.
