Close encounter expected between Vidyartha and Dharmaraja

A close encounter is expected when two Kandy schools, Vidyartha College and Dharmaraja College, lock horns at the Bogambara Stadium on July 8 in their Dialog Schools Under 19 Rugby League encounter. 
Kick-off is scheduled for 4 p.m.
Vidyartha beat Science College 26-19 while going down 20-10 to Trinity College and 47-13 to Royal College in their three 
outings so far. 

Meanwhile, Rajans had a promising start for the new season with a shocking win over Trinity 17-15 but lost out to Zahira 18-15 though they were expected to win the home battle. In their last game they were outclassed by a better St. Peter’s College outfit 7-34.
Skipper Poojana Ratnayake, Anupa Herath and Luchitha Wijeyarathna are their play-makers while Vidyartha will heavily depend on skipper Nanjana Wijesooriya and Deshan Balasooriya to come on top. Gihan Yatawara will referee 
the match.
