Colombo South records 98-run win over Dambulla

Colombo South scored a 98-run win over Dambulla on the Duckworth/Lewis Method in their Under 19 Youth League match played the Pallekele Stadium yesterday. 
After a rain interruption Dambulla were set a target of 248 runs but fell short by 98 runs.
The encounter between Kandy and Colombo North ended in a no result due to heavy rain in the Central Region towards the afternoon yesterday.
On Tuesday, Colombo North and Kandy won matches against Colombo South and Galle respectively.
Rajans player, Pulindu Perera, cracked a brilliant 122 for Kandy against Galle. 
He stroked 12 boundaries and seven huge sixes in his knock off only 89 balls.
