Confident Isipathana favoured

Isipathana College and St. Joseph’s College will come out for a third time this season when they face each other in a Group 1A match of the Dialog Under 19 Schools Rugby League tournament scheduled to be worked off from 4.00 p.m. at Longdon Place today.
Defending champions Isipathana, led by Naveen Kanishka, have so far performed to the expectations of their supporters having chalked back-to-back wins against Kingswood College and S. Thomas’ College and they will no doubt strive to keep up the winning momentum.
On the other hand, St. Joseph’s led by Naveen Marasinghe are likely to have a torrid time against a team that has been a dominant force in schools’ rugby. 
Having won their first two matches with bonus points Isipathana will for sure seek to continue the same trend to consolidate their 
position further.

The Josephians have had a lean season so far and they cannot be satisfied with their performances which was visible in their last outing against Wesley where they scraped through with a single penalty win.
