Entries close for Kabaddi Youth Nationals on November 20

The Sri Lanka Kabaddi Federation (SLKF) will close entries for the 2022 National Youth Under-25 Men’s and Women’s Championships on November 20.   The tournament will be staged on December 3 and 4 at the Ministry of Sports Indoor Stadium in Colombo.  The Men’s and the Women’s champions will receive a cash award of Rs. 100,000 each. In addition, the runners-up of both events will receive a cash award of Rs. 75,000 each and the third placed team will receive Rs. 50,000.   The Best Player of the Men’s and Women’s Tournaments will receive Rs. 15,000 each. Meanwhile, the SLKF is planning to set up two national pools after the tournament targeting a few international events lined-up for Sri Lanka in 2023.
