Fairfirst Insurance crowned new Singer - MCA Super Premier League 2023 Winner

The first segment of the MCA Super Premier League tournament, the “league”, came to a close, with the last batch of four matches played on Sunday (30).


The league came to a conclusion on a disappointing note, as two matches were abandoned without a ball being bowled; in the two games that survived the weather, Fairfirst Insurance scored their sixth win, beating BBK Partnership by six wickets and the 2022 league winner, CDB Finance, scored their fourth win, beating John Keells by four wickets.   


The tournament will now continue with the second segment of the tournament, the “Knock –Out” quarter-finals simultaneously at MCA, NCC, Katunayake and Panagoda on
Wednesday (3).
