Kingswood, Thurstan eye first win

Kingswood College and Thurstan College will be looking for their first win when they lock horns in their Inter-Schools Under-19 League Rugby Tournament fixture at the Bogambara Stadium in Kandy on Saturday.  

Kingswood lost to Royal (5-60), Vidyartha (13-50) and St Peter’s (3-46) while the newcomers Thurstan lost their three games to St Peter’s (0-112), Wesley (3-70) and St. Joseph’s (9-47). 
Tharindu Perera will referee the game. 

St. Anthony’s v Dharmaraja 

Meanwhile, St. Anthony’s College will confront Dharmaraja College in their Inter-Schools Under-19 League Rugby Tournament encounter at the Bogambara Stadium on Sunday.
Both schools are going through a bad patch as the Antonians are looking for their first win of the tournament having lost to Science College (14-27), D. S. Senanayake (14-15) and S. Thomas’ (17-24).

The Rajans lost out to Isipathana (8-46) and D. S. Senanayake (12-44) but had the better of Sri Sumangala MV (32-12) at this same venue.

Achala Perera will Coach the Antonians while Kavinda Jayasena will be the Head Coach of Rajans.
Hasantha Weranga will referee the game.
