Lahiru Abeysinghe leads Antonians

Lahiru Abeysinghe will lead the St. Anthony’s College Under-19 cricket outfit for 2022/2023 cricket season.   

Abeysinghe, a fourth year coloursman led the U13, U15 and U17 junior level teams who will be in the spot light in the coming seasons. He was adjudged Best Bowler in the Mini Battle with Trinity College while being the skipper of the Super Provincial Central province outfit. He represented the Sri Lanka Under-19 national team for Bangladesh and England tours during the last school season. He has scored well over 500 runs and capturrd 24 wickets for  St. Anthony’s College. Traveen Mathews will be his deputy.
