Late Mahinda Jinadasa’s funeral today

The funeral of veteran Sports Journalist and former Saunders SC football player Mahinda Jinadasa will take place today at the Urapola Public Cemetery at 4 p.m. 
The late Jinadasa was a long-standing former Sports Editor of the ‘Janatha’ newspaper published by the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (Lake House).
The late Jinadasa was a former sports journalist for over 38 years and was a specialist correspondent in football, athletics, and volleyball for the Kreeda Sports Magazine. 
The late Jinadasa was able to cover the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Cup Tournament for the Lake House publications on many occasions held in Colombo, Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh. 
The late Jinadasa also represented the Lake House Sports Club in the Mercantile and State Services Football Tournaments. 
The cottage will leave his residence at No. A/D/5/31, Ranpokunagama, Nittambuwa.
