MCA “F” Division enter quarter-finals stage

The HNB “B”, Maliban Biscuits “B” & Dialog Axiata while maintaining their unbeaten status, advanced to the Quarter Finals in the on going, Sixth Fairfirst Insurance Trophy – MCA “F” division 25 over League Tournament 2024 continued with the Pre Quarter Finals last week-end.  
The other five teams that advanced to the Quarter Finals were, MAS Active, Softlogic Life, Emerchemie NB, Ansell Lanka and Seylan Bank.  
The batting honours went to the two centurions from MAS Active, Roshan Wijesekera (100 not out in 73 balls, inclusive of two sixes and 12 fours) and U Migara (103 not out in 54 balls, inclusive of 10 sixes and four fours) Vs. Union Bank. The bowling honours went to A.S. Asalanka from HNB “B”, who bagged five wickets for 19 runs, in five overs Vs. Camera LK.
