MCA Super Premier Knock-Out tournament Giant killers CL Synergy take on fancied Hayleys Group in final on Saturday

Debutants turned giant killers CL Synergy will take on the fancied Hayleys Group in the 30th Singer –MCA Super Premier League Knock-Out Final 2023 this Saturday, May 20 at the MCA grounds, commencing 10.00 am.
Hayleys finished second in the league points table, losing two games, one of them incidentally to CL Synergy.
CL Synergy, who were fourth in the league, eliminated table-toppers Fairfirst Insurance by eight wickets. 
Hayleys, who were placed second in the league, beat CDB Finance by seven wickets. 

Hayleys are led by Avishka Fernando, and will seek sweet revenge on their opponents, looking for their first title since they entered the MCA big League in 2018.

CL Synergy are captained by 22 year old Sonal Dinusha Gamage and will hope for a repeat performance by their bowlers, namely Isuru Udana, Sudeera Thilakaratne and Sahan Arachchige, who performed brilliantly in the semi-finals.

The MCA appointed Match Referee is Wendall LaBrooy.
