Major Club Cricket Moors record second successive win

Moors SC recorded their second successive outright win of the ongoing Major Club cricket tournament with a convincing 193 runs win over Police SC in the match played at the Police Park.   


There were four other outright victorious recorded by CCC, BRC, Ace Capital CC and Tamil Union against Kalutara TC, Kandy Customs CC, Negombo CC and Badureliya CC while the other matches ended in first inning wins for Ragama CC, SSC, Army SC, Colts CC, Chilaw Marians CC and NCC.   


The highlight of the completed matches over the weekend was a triple ton by Nishan Madushka of Ragama CC who made an unbeaten 300 in 415 balls that included 26 boundaries and two unbeaten double tons made by Kamindu Mendis for CCC and Dilan Jayalath for BRC.
