Major Club T20 Final NCC, Colts CC declared joint champions

The final encounter of the Major Club T20 cricket tournament between NCC and Colts CC, scheduled to be played at SSC Ground yesterday, was abandoned without a ball being bowled due to wet outfield from the overnight rain.
The match, which was due to start at 10 a.m. did not take place, and the tournament committee of Sri Lanka Cricket rescheduled it to 2 p.m.

NCC won the toss and decided to field, but another heavy rain 15 minutes before the start put out any chances of play, and the two teams were declared joint champions.
