Marija to play dual role as Kandy SC and Trinity coach

Former Kingswood College, Kandy Sports Club, national sevens, fifteens player and current Kandy SC Head Coach Fazil Marija will coach Trinity College for the next three years.  

Marija is yet to face defeat as coach of Kandy SC.  

Marija will have the former Isipathana College, Kandy SC second rower Buddhika Thalagampola as his forwards coach. Former Trinity Lion Tharinda Ratwatte will be their kicking coach.   Tharaka Algama will handle the Strength and Conditioning of the team.  

Marija will take over the coaching stint from Thusitha de Silva and Kavinda Jayasena who handled the outfit this year.
