NOCSL marks Olympic Day

France’s Ambassador, Sri Lanka’s Veteran Athletes, and Sports Administrators carrying the Olympic Torch

The National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka (NOCSL) celebrated International Olympics Day on a grand scale on June 23 in Colombo.
France’s Ambassador to Sri Lanka and the Maldives, Jean Francois Pactet, was the chief guest at the event. The event was attended by schoolchildren, national and international athletes, and national federation officials.
