NSL 4-Day final begins at Pallekele today

Team Kandy and Team Galle will clash in the SLC National Super League (NSL) 4-Day Cricket Tournament final at the Pallekele Stadium in Kandy starting today.   Kandy will be led by wicket-keeper batsman Niroshan Dickwella while Galle will be led by Ramesh Mendis.  
Galle finished on top of the points table at the completion of the league phase with an unbeaten record where they recorded four outright wins and figured in four drawn matches.   Kandy finished second in the final points table with three wins, two defeats and three drawn games. Dambulla, Colombo and Jaffna were the other teams that participated in this tournament.
