Over 700 athletes vie at MASL Meet

Masters Athletic Sri Lanka (MASL) has invited competitors  from 10 foreign countries to participate in the 10th National Masters  Athletic Championship 2024, on May 25 and 26 at the Sugathadasa Stadium  in Colombo.   
Altogether, over 700 local and foreign athletes will participate in this meet, MASL Secretary H. A. Upali said yesterday.   
Invitations have been sent to Malaysia, India, Maldives,  Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Brunei, Singapore, Zimbabwe and  Bangladesh, all confirming their participation.   
The National Masters Athletic Championship will be held in categories of Over-35 to Over-85 age group.
