Dharmaraja College are fielding a combination of youth and experience for the current Inter-Schools Under-19 rugby season.

The team is led by third year player Nimsha Peiris, who is a cracking player and will have Anjana Panahatipola and Kavintha Jayamanna as his two deputies for the current season.

The Dharmaraja set of forwards are an experienced lot while the three quarter line is full of freshers.  The team is coached by former Trinity College Rugby Lion, Havelock SC and national player, Kavinda Jayasena with Thusitha de Silva handling the back division.  The Rajans will have four matches to be played in Kandy while they will travel to Colombo for three games. Dharmaraja started the season with a match against D. S. Senanayake College in Colombo but they lost 44-12. The Rajans last won the Inter-Schools Under-19 League Championship in 2013.
