S. Thomas’ College came out victorious in their annual Regatta against traditional rivals Royal College, which concluded at the Colombo Rowing Club, Beira Lake, on Saturday.

This was the 52nd in the series, which began in 1962, and the win saw the Thomians successfully retain the T. Noel Fernando Memorial Trophy by claiming a 30-22 victory. With this win, the Thomians' series tally stands at 25, compared to Royal's 22, with five ending in draws. The Thomians, led by Chevon Perera, proved too good, as they came out on top in most of the individual events.
