Sri Lanka will take on India in the second match of the SAFF Girls’ Under-19 Football Tournament in Dhaka, Bangladesh today.
The second edition of the tournament will be conducted until December 22 on a round robin basis with the participation of five countries.
Earlier, Sri Lanka suffered a humiliating 5-0 defeat at the hands of Bhutan in their opening match of the tournament while hosts Bangladesh and Nepal figured in a 0-0 draw.
India, the second runners-up of the 2018 edition, are fielding a formidable side for this tournament.
Sri Lanka is set to face Nepal on December 15 and Bangladesh on December 19.
