SLAF to compete at World Shooting Meet

The Sri Lanka Air Force Rifle Shooting Team

An eight-member Sri Lanka Air Force Shooting Team will leave for Lahore today to participate in the World Military Rifle Shooting Championships in Pakistan.

The Sri Lanka Rifle Shooting Team comprise of Manoj Wijewickrema, Sandakelum Ranasinghe, Priyanjan Dayawansa, Prasad Madushanka, Nishan Vithana, Maheshika Waidyaratna, Deepani Mundunkoth and Shiroma Priyadarshani.

The Sri Lanka Air Force Rifle Shooting Squad had their preparations under the supervision of Air Commodore Varuna Gunawardena (Chairman, Sri Lanka Air Force Rifle Shooting Unit), Sq. Leader Manoj Wijewickrama (Secretary, Sri Lanka Air Force Rifle Shooting Unit) and Sq. Leader Madawa Bandara (Head Coach).
