SLC mourns Malalasekara demise

In a media statement, Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) mourned the demise of Vijaya Malalasekera, former Chairman of SLC.
Remembering the contribution late Malalasekera (77) made towards promoting the game during his time as the Chairman of the Interim Committee, SLC said, “it is the contributions made by such gentlemen which have helped SLC’s forward journey. The cricketing fraternity’s thoughts and prayers are with his family at this moment of difficulty.”
