SLVB to form National Beach VB Pool

The Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation (SLVB) have decided to form a National Beach Volleyball (VB) Pool in preparation for the 2022 Central Asia Beach Volleyball Championships.  

A total of 14 countries will participate in this year’s tournament, which will be held in October in Dhaka, Bangladesh.   

Therefore, the National Pool selection trials will be held on September 18 at the Negombo Beach Park commencing at 9.00 a.m.  

SLVB will field both their Men’s and Women’s Team for this tournament.   

The National Pool training will begin from September 25 after the selection of players to the National Pool.  
The National Pool will include four players each for the Men’s and Women’s Team and the final touring squad will be named later.
