Sanasa Life makes memorable entry to MCA Cricket

Debutants, Sanasa Life Insurance made a memorable entrance to Mercantile Cricket with a resounding eight-wicket win over fancied MAS Silueta in the MCA ‘E’ Division 25-Over League Cricket Tournament 2024, which got underway last week.

MAS Silueta, batting first were restricted to 124 for eight in 25 overs by Sanasa

medium pace bowlers, Mithila Charith (5/15) and Dulaj Senaratne (5/1).

Senaratne continued to be a thorn in the flesh on Silueta, as he opened the batting and top scored with a quick 49 runs in 50 balls, inclusive of five fours.
