Sanuka Mihisara Gunarathna wins three gold medals

Sanuka Mihisara Gunarathna from the Badulla Central College has won gold medals for 1500M, 3000 M and 2000 Steeplechase under 18 years category at the Sir John Tarbet Senior Athletic championship which was held recently at the Diyagama Mahinda Rajapaksa.  

Badulla Central also won the boys championship under 18 and boys’ runners up trophy outside the province.  
This is the first time in history that Badulla Central College won a boys’ championship in an all-island tournament.
