In the ongoing second Test against visiting Bangladesh, New Zealand skipper Tom Latham has a really tricky decision to make.

New Zealand has a lead of 395 at the end of the second day’s play and relatively fresh attack when the match resumes today, but on the other hand Latham may want retiring Ross Taylor to bat for one last time.

“I would suggest our skipper to enforce the follow on and win the match as soon as he can to square the series,’’ Sir Richard Hadlee, the former New Zealand cricketer said.
“Latham should be ruthless after the first Test loss. Rain is predicted to come on the fourth and fifth days.”

“Yes, Taylor is a great servant to New Zealand cricket and has built a wonderful playing career record in all formats of the game. I have high praise for his commitment to the game of cricket.” “But Latham would be thinking ‘Team First’ and win the game,” one of the greatest all-rounders in cricket history believes.
