Siyatha TV to telecast T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka

Siyatha TV has acquired the rights to broadcast the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, to be held in the UAE later this month, to local audience. 

The T20 World Cup will begin with the Group Stage matches on October 17, virtually a qualifying round, before the top teams enter the competition at the Super 12 Round. 

Sri Lanka won the 2014 edition of the tournament, beating India, while West Indies are defending champions having won the 2016 World Cup.
