South West Monsoon Meet 2023 Youngsters continue to dominate

Young golfers taking centre stage in golfing events continued as a student from British School of Colombo just 12 years of age, Thejas Rathis Kanth was in sensational form winning the Squadron Cup at the South West Monsoon Meet 2023 which took place at the Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) course over two consecutive weekends in Borella.   
Another consistent golfer, Air Vice Marshal Udula Wijesinghe accounted for the Calcutta Medal. He was in fine form at the recently concluded events in Nuwara Eliya and Trincomalee 
as well.   
Meanwhile Mangala Niyarepola won the Victoria Cup and Aggregate Gold medal was won by Rusi Captain. The events were sponsored by 
Dialog Enterprises.
