Sri Lanka Women’s tour of Pakistan confirmed, 15-member squad announced

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) named a 15-member Women’s squad for the tour of Pakistan starting later this month. 
While it is understood that there were doubts about the tour, SLC have confirmed that the contingent will leave on May 19, for three ODIs and three T20Is. 


This will be Sri Lanka Women’s first post-COVID 19 bilateral series. 


Chamari Athapaththu will continue as captain. 


Only one change has been made to the 16-member squad that took part in the Commonwealth Games qualifying tournament earlier this month, with Imesha Dulani coming in for Vishmi Gunaratne, and Tharika Sewwandi being excluded from the squad but on the standby players’ list.

Standby players: Kawya Kavindi, Rashmi de Silva, Sathya Sandeepani, Malsha Shehani, Tharika Sewwandi
