Sri Lanka face Bangladesh in WC warm-up today

Sri Lanka will take on Bangladesh in their first T20 World Cup warm-up match today at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

The match will be at 7:30 p.m. Sri Lanka time.

Sri Lanka are fresh off beating Oman in two T20s last week, and will look to build momentum heading into the T20 World Cup qualifying round.

All-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga and fast bowler Dushmantha Chameera will join the World Cup squad after being released by Indian Premier League franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore, although it is uncertain if they will be available for today’s match.
