St. Peter’s College, Bambalapitiya, and Lyceum, Wattala, clinched the boys’ and girls’ overall titles, respectively, at the National School Games (NSG) All-Island Swimming Championships 2024 held at the Sugathadasa Stadium Swimming Complex in Colombo.

Twenty-six new meet records were established at this event, which was conducted by the Ministry of Education with the participation of over 1,200 swimmers.

The Peterites collected 83 points, while Lyceum collected 72 points as they claimed the top spot.

Meanwhile, Ananda College, Colombo (67 points), and Trinity College (58.5 points) ended as the first and second runners-up, respectively, in the boys’ championship.

In the girls’ championship, Ladies’ College (63 points) were the runners-up, and Musaeus College (58 points) secured third place.
