St. Peter’s College Under 15 ‘B’ Team

The Under 15 ‘B’ Team of St. Peter’s College, Colombo will face Takshila Vidyalaya, Horana in the semi-finals of the inter-schools Under 15 Division 2 cricket tournament, at the Bandaragama Grounds on September 5

The St. Peter’s College ‘B’ team has enjoyed a successful run to the knockout stage with standout performances from a number of players

Dishan Geeganage leads the batting charts for the team this season with 355 runs at an average of 59.17, while off-spinner Rehan Soysa is the leading wicket-taker with 17 wickets.

Soysa is also the team’s second highest run-getter with an aggregate of 291 runs in the season thus far.
All-rounder Shanelker De Silva has also impressed, taking 16 scalps alongside 157 runs with the bat, while Lison Vidas (194 runs), wicketkeeper Shavin de Mel (138 runs) and Ethan Stork (10 wickets) too have made valuable contributions in the Peterites’ run to the semi-finals.

The team is led by Shanelker De Silva with Lison Vidas as his deputy.
