Malay CC and United Southern SC prevailed with first innings wins against Air Force SC and Galle CC in the U21 Invitational two day cricket tournament in the matches played at Katunayake and Galle.

At Katunayake – First innings win for Malay CC
Air Force SC 128 (Lakshitha Udesh 32, Manupa Manmitha 23: Sithuka Gunawardena 5/43, Shahan Kaushalya 3/27) and 40 for 2 (Manupa Manmitha 22 n.o.)  
Malay CC 202 for 9 declared (Adesh Almeida 76, Shahan Kaushalya 64, Kevin Samuel 27: Kaveen Silva 4/38, Yuwaneth Madusanka 3/66, Dhanuja Seneviratne 2/46)  
At Galle – First innings win for United Southern SC
