Under 15 Cricket Maneth, Nikil shine in Mahinda’s massive win

Maneth Dangamuwa and Nikil Sithumina cracked tons which laid the foundation for Mahinda College to record a massive 290 runs win over Karandeniya Central in the Under 15 inter-school cricket encounter played at Galle. The duo’s tons saw Mahinda taking first lease of the wicket make an imposing score of 418 for 7 and Karandeniya Central in their run chase was restricted for a score of 128 runs. Tissa Central Kalutara and De Mazenod too recorded big wins against S. de S. Jayasinghe MMV Dehiwala and Sri Dharmaloka MV Kelaniya in the matches played at Dehiwala and Kandana while P. de S. Kularatne MV Ambalangoda along with St. Servatius Matara, Piliyandala Central, St. Thomas Matara and Lumbini MV too won their matches.
